Pregnancy is an exciting time. With this inevitable change comes many questions and concerns. Cowichan Valley Childbirth is dedicated to supporting, educating and empowering expectant parents as they make that ever-important journey through pregnancy, birth and beyond. 

My name is Cindy Storie-Soth and I am a trained DOULA with DONA International and a CHILDBIRTH EDUCATOR.   I believe that birth is a natural, normal physiological and instinctive process. I also believe that as every woman is different, so is every birth. Through my work as a doula and in teaching my prenatal classes my goal is to work with women and their partners to help them find their own unique strengths and coping skills.  To discover their own inner wisdom.  So that together they can make their birth a personal, empowering, and enriching experience, no matter where they choose to birth and no matter how their birth may unfold.  If you wish to talk with me further about attending one of my prenatal classes or having me be a part of your birth support team please fell free to call or email anytime.  All classes are taught out of the Cowichan Midwifery Group office at #101- 164 Kenneth St, Duncan, BC.
