My name is Cindy Storie-Soth and I offer childbirth classes and doula serives to expectant couples here in the Cowichan Valley.  I have trained as a doula with DONA international and have been teaching childbirth classes here in the Cowichan Valley since 2007.

I believe that birth is a natural, normal physiological and instinctive process. I also believe that just as every woman is different, so is every birth. Through my work as a doula and in teaching my childbirth classes my goal is to work with women and their partners to help them find their own unique strengths and coping skills.  To discover their own inner wisdom.  So that together they can make their birth a personal, empowering, and enriching experience. Pregnancy is an exciting time. With this time comes many questions and concerns.
